Healthy at Home
At home, I always wash my hands before eating. This keeps me healthy because it stops germs from entering my body.
I have some suggestions for staying healthy. First, we should maintain a good mood, as it can make us healthier. Secondly, we should get enough sleep every day and not stay up late at night. Thirdly, we should develop good eating habits. What's more, we should exercise more every day.
