An Unforgettable Holiday
Last year during summer holiday, my family went to Pattaya, Thailand, along with my grandma, uncle and aunt. When we got to Pattaya, we checked into our hotel and went to our first destination, a mini zoo. When we walked inside, we were greeted by lots of different species of fish. There was a booth next to the tank selling fish food, so we purchased two bottles, one for me and one for my brother. The fish swam up hungrily and greedily ate all the food. I thought the way they ate was really funny because they ate food by sucking it out of baby bottles! After that, we fed luscious grass to cows and sheep, fed crispy carrots to capybaras and we also got to feed pink flamingos. And the best of all was that we got to ride on an exciting elephant ride too!
Our next stop was at a tiger zoo. We went in and saw a bunch of tigers, some had white and black stripes, and some had orange and black stripes. Then my mom was in the line for going in the tiger petting zoo. When it was finally our turn, we went in and got down next to one of the baby tigers and slowly started petting it. There was also an instructor to teach us how to pet the tiger too. After that, we went on a tiger safari around the zoo. We saw tigers sunbathing and some were taking a dip in the pool, some were even playing with each other! It was the best day ever.
The next day, we checked out and drove to a luxury resort. At the resort there was a waterpark, a scrumptious all-included breakfast buffet, free form pools, a lazy river, a pool bar, a restaurant and a beach. All in one resort, plus, there was also a play place with trampolines, a movie theatre, an ice cream shop, a sandpit and a playground. During our stay, I made sure I tried every single activity.
I think this holiday was unforgettable because the whole time there, I was laughing like there was no tomorrow.
