My Favourite Snack
My favourite snack is dark chocolate. First, it is healthy and delicious. Second, it has vitamin A, B, E and K. Furthermore, it contains calcium, potassium and zinc. It could improve brain function too. In addition, it can also protect our skin from the sun. Apart from this, it can improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. Finally, it is healthy, but you can’t eat too much every day. That's why I like dark chocolate.
